CHEMKA BUDGET 2025-2026

Development and construction pre/primary boarding school Chemka Boma Tanzania.

​

Objective: Inviting the communities in Tanzania and Abroad for Donations and Sponsorships for the further development of this new non-profit Government licensed school serving the MCHF orphanage and displaced children and serving the community for all religions by providing the so much needed quality schooling and safe accommodation.

Program: The program includes the construction of 5 new classrooms, and girls’ and boys’ dormitories accommodating about 100 children of all ages. The project will also include finishing 2 already built classrooms, construction dining hall, kitchen, laundry, washrooms and an administration office.

Scope: The one-off cost for construction and finishing of the above-mentioned required structures and systems:                                  

Budget Tanzania Shilling:

• 5 new classrooms                                     75 mil 

• Finishing 2 existing classrooms             8 mil

• Dining hall and kitchen                             30 mil

• Washrooms and showers                         1 mil

• Dormitory buildings                                   300 mil

• Furniture                                                      10 mil  (classrooms, administration)

• Solar energy system                                  10 mil

• Borehole & water system                          20 mil

• Laundry                                                       10 mil

• Playground equipment                              25 mil

• Security wall and gates                              10 mil

• Bus children transportation                      70 mil

• Farming tractor                                           40 mil

• Note: all costs include material, labor, taxes and permits.

Operating cost: MCHF is also looking for sponsorships for reoccurring operating cost:

• Salaries for support staff including teachers, matrons, administration housekeeping, drivers, security, gardeners:90mil per year.

• Maintenance includes electricity, water, fuel and gas, taxes and upkeep buildings and grounds: 24 mil per year.

• 3 meals per day for about 100 children: 40 mil per year.

• Health insurance: 3.3 M per year.
